Wake County Register of Deeds will be closed for the Christmas Holiday

The Wake County Register of Deeds office will be closed on Friday December 23, Monday, December 26, and Tuesday, December 27, 2022. The office will also be closed for the New Year’s Holiday on Monday, January 2, 2023. 

All online services including eRecording will remain available on the Register of Deeds website WakeGov.com/ROD. Any online orders or real estate eRecordings submitted will be processed on the next business day that the office is open.
